Brunch, lunch and canapés served on deck between sessions, cooked in your galley.
On a yacht moored along the circuit, a terrace above the harbour or a villa on the heights: the race is the show, and the table should be part of it.
Race weekend turns Monaco upside down: the streets become a circuit, Port Hercule fills with yachts moored against the barriers, and every terrace with a view is spoken for. For guests watching from the deck or a balcony, the food has to fit between sessions and keep going late into the evening.
A private chef plans the weekend around the timetable: brunch before the first session, lunch and canapés on deck, a proper dinner once the engines stop. Deliveries and timing are organised ahead, because quays and roads close for the race.

Produce comes from the Marché de la Condamine at the foot of the Rock and from the markets of the coast. A Monegasque touch — barbagiuan to open the afternoon, for instance — can be added on request, alongside champagne or the wines of your cellar.
